This newsletter informs about progress of the multinational 24 months Erasmus+ project

During this project stage (February 2026 – July 2026):
Project partner meeting (3rd Transnational Project Meeting) was held in Athens (Greece) on May 14th and 15th. The meeting consisted of:
- Live demonstration of the BEHEALTH Intelligent Mentoring Tool (IMT)
- Practical testing by partner participants
- Testing of the tool from the perspective of mentors/facilitators
- Collection of comments, questions and technical observations
Throughout both days, the focus was on moving from project planning to practical implementation.

Methodology Framework on Exploiting the BEHEALTH Intelligent Mentoring Tool for VET and WBL providers in Nursing was finalised by BEHEALTH partners (after the Athens training). This guidebook aims to assist institutions across Europe and beyond in implementing the piloting process, including ethical considerations and sustainability impact.
Framework for Awarding BEHEALTH Digital Quality Badge for NVET Organisations and for NWBL providers was produced.
Piloting of BEHEALTH Intelligent Mentoring Tool with NVET and NWBL providers was undertaken. It was agreed to use a 5 point scale to maintain a mindset focused on continuous improvement. A 5-point score based on respondents’ perceptions indicates reaching the highest level, i.e., meeting the standard. At the same time, this ensures that the organisation does not become complacent and realises that there is always room for further improvement beyond the current standards.
BEHEALTH Training Material (trainer manual with videos) was finalised. The material is designed for Trainers to prepare Institution Quality Managers to improve or implement the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) in line with the ENQA ESG (2015) standards and the EQAVET (2020) framework integrated into the BEHEALTH IQAS model. This manual supports trainers in optimising the existing Internal Quality Assurance System. It bridges the gap between a nursing education institution accredited according to ENQA ESG (2015) and a clinical provider certified according to ISO 9001 (2015) or other documented IQAS system. Training duration: 100 minutes (5 Modules x 20 min). Learning outcomes: After completing the training, the participant will be able to understand IQAS frameworks for NVET and NWBL, work with 360-degree control tools and use the Intelligent Mentoring Tool (IMT).
Mentors were trained in all participating countries.
National Multiplier Events took place in Cyprus, Greece, Hungary and Türkiye. Event participants dominantly agreed that the presentations (both quality and content) were very satisfactory, the information offered about the project activities and products was relevant and useful, they gained new knowledge, and the organisation of the events was well managed.
Webinar on Quality Assurance in Nursing and the presentation of the BEHEALTH project – Promoting Quality Assurance in Nursing Education – took place (hybrid format) on May 25th 2026 and attracted more than 100 participants. 56 of them online. In a concise format the webinar addressed the following:
- Why it is important for NVET and NWBL organisations to have Internal Quality Assurance System in place
- Introducing the BEHEALTH project
- Presentation of BEHEALTH work by project partner organisations (Q-IMPULZ, Catholic University in Ružomberok, TREBAG, DEKAPLUS, MAMAK, IEK DELTA, EHFF)
- Introduction to the the 360-degree Intelligent Mentoring Tool and how it can help organisations involved in nursing education
- Questions from participants, discussion and briefing on project next steps
The webinar was repeated on June 30th (staged in hybrid format, this time with a Slovak transcript for local audience) and attracted the attention of over 60 participants. Webinar is also available on the project website and on social media for subsequent use.
International Conference in Košice (Slovakia) and 4th Transnational Project Meeting. The Conference was done in hybrid format and attended by 56 policymakers, managers, teachers/mentors, students/mentees, and employers in nursing education.

What we need to do in last two Project months?
The White Paper on Supporting Internal Quality Assurance System in NVET and NWBL institutions (is in production) and Evaluation and sustainability planning are the main two tasks in front of us.
