Bu rehber, etik hususlar ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik etkileri de d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere Avrupa\u2019daki ve Avrupa d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kurumlar\u0131n pilot uygulama s\u00fcrecini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Hem\u015firelik mesleki e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile hem\u015firelik alan\u0131ndaki i\u015f temelli \u00f6\u011frenme sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>BEHEALTH Dijital Kalite Rozeti Verilmesine Y\u00f6nelik \u00c7er\u00e7eve<\/strong> haz\u0131rland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BEHEALTH Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Mentorluk Arac\u0131\u2019n\u0131n pilot uygulamas\u0131<\/strong>, hem\u015firelik mesleki e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile hem\u015firelik alan\u0131ndaki i\u015f temelli \u00f6\u011frenme sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. S\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirmeye odaklanan bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla be\u015f puanl\u0131 bir \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda mutabakata var\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n alg\u0131lar\u0131na dayanan be\u015f puanl\u0131k de\u011ferlendirme, en y\u00fcksek seviyeye ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle standard\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, kurumun rehavete kap\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131 ve mevcut standartlar\u0131n \u00f6tesinde her zaman daha fazla geli\u015fim alan\u0131 bulundu\u011funu fark etmesini sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitici k\u0131lavuzu ve videolardan olu\u015fan <strong>BEHEALTH E\u011fitim Materyali<\/strong> tamamland\u0131. Materyal, e\u011fiticilerin kurumlar\u0131n kalite y\u00f6neticilerini, BEHEALTH \u0130\u00e7 Kalite G\u00fcvence Sistemi modeline entegre edilen ENQA ESG 2015 standartlar\u0131 ve EQAVET 2020 \u00e7er\u00e7evesi do\u011frultusunda \u0130\u00e7 Kalite G\u00fcvence Sistemi\u2019ni geli\u015ftirmeye veya uygulamaya haz\u0131rlamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu k\u0131lavuz, e\u011fiticilerin mevcut \u0130\u00e7 Kalite G\u00fcvence Sistemi\u2019ni iyile\u015ftirmelerini desteklemektedir. ENQA ESG 2015\u2019e g\u00f6re akredite edilmi\u015f bir hem\u015firelik e\u011fitim kurumu ile ISO 9001:2015\u2019e veya belgelenmi\u015f ba\u015fka bir \u0130\u00e7 Kalite G\u00fcvence Sistemi\u2019ne g\u00f6re belgelendirilmi\u015f bir klinik uygulama sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki bo\u015flu\u011fu kapatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E\u011fitim s\u00fcresi:<\/strong> Toplam 100 dakika; her biri 20 dakika s\u00fcren 5 mod\u00fclden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6\u011frenme \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131:<\/strong> E\u011fitimi tamamlayan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131, hem\u015firelik mesleki e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimi ile hem\u015firelik alan\u0131ndaki i\u015f temelli \u00f6\u011frenmeye y\u00f6nelik \u0130\u00e7 Kalite G\u00fcvence Sistemi \u00e7er\u00e7evelerini anlayabilecek, 360 derece kontrol ara\u00e7lar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecek ve Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Mentorluk Arac\u0131\u2019n\u0131 (IMT) kullanabilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mentorlar e\u011fitildi<\/strong> ve bu e\u011fitimler projeye kat\u0131lan t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulusal \u00c7o\u011falt\u0131c\u0131 Etkinlikler<\/strong> K\u0131br\u0131s, Yunanistan, Macaristan ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, sunumlar\u0131n hem kalite hem de i\u00e7erik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece tatmin edici oldu\u011funu, proje faaliyetleri ve \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda sunulan bilgilerin ilgili ve faydal\u0131 oldu\u011funu, yeni bilgiler edindiklerini ve etkinliklerin iyi organize edildi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hem\u015firelikte Kalite G\u00fcvencesi konulu web semineri<\/strong> ve \u201cBEHEALTH Projesi \u2013 Hem\u015firelik E\u011fitiminde Kalite G\u00fcvencesinin Desteklenmesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje sunumu, 25 May\u0131s 2026 tarihinde hibrit formatta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Etkinlik 60\u2019tan fazla kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n ilgisini \u00e7ekti. Web semineri, daha sonra da kullan\u0131labilmesi amac\u0131yla proje web sitesinde ve sosyal medya kanallar\u0131nda eri\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Slovakya\u2019n\u0131n Ko\u0161ice kentinde d\u00fczenlenen Uluslararas\u0131 Konferans ve 4.
