Integrated Quality Assurance Frameworks and 360° Control Tools for VET in Nursing
In the context of the BEHEALTH project, comprehensive quality assurance (QA) frameworks will be created which will align with the EU standards. The frameworks will be specifically designed for organizations offering VET education in nursing and work-based learning (WBL). These frameworks will serve as a foundation for improving QA processes, ensuring they are adaptable to technological and environmental changes by integrating twin transition skills. Additionally, innovative 360 degree control tools will be developed to provide multi-stakeholder feedback, enabling organizations to evaluate their QA strategies holistically.
BEHEALTH Intelligent Mentoring Tool
The BEHEALTH Intelligent Mentoring Tool (IMT) will constitute a comprehensive “one-stop shop” solution designed to support continuous quality assurance (QA) evaluation and strategic planning for VET and WBL providers in nursing. By integrating the project’s 360 degree control tools and linking them to the corresponding QA frameworks through detailed reporting, the IMT will guide organizations in identifying key areas for improvement, enhancing their overall QA processes.
Pilot delivery of the BEHEALTH tools
By piloting the BEHEALTH project’s innovative assessment tools, VET providers and organizations offering WBL in the nursing sector will be able to evaluate their current practices against European QA standards and develop strategies for continuous improvement. This impact will lead to higher quality nursing education and, ultimately, better healthcare services.
The pilot participants will be awarded the BEHEALTH Digital Badge recognizing their achievement in quality assurance.
